Meet in Reception at 10.00 am. The cost of this beginner course includes entry and any equipment hire. No previous experience necessary. Minimum age 14.

You will be taught how to climb efficiently using precise footwork, how to transfer weight and attain balanced positions. You will learn how to correctly fit your harness and complete the necessary safety checks, how to bottom rope belay and know where to stand. You will also learn how to fall safely and how to belay a fall

By the end of the day you will be an independent and competent bottom rope belayer and climber and will be able to use the bouldering wall effectively.
