Sport Leading

This new Mountain Training 2 day Rock Skills Learn to Sport Lead course is based in the Wye Valley. It is desirable if you have some experience of climbing outdoors but not essential as you will be taught everything you need to know to become an independent Sport Lead climber. Meeting at Lower Wyndcliff Car Park near St. Arvans, Chepstow at 9.00 a.m. Each day finishes at 5.00 p.m. Parking is free. Day 2 will be at Woodcroft Quarry, near Chepstow. Bring a rucksack to carry gear so you are hands free on the approach to the rock face, lots of warm layers, sturdy shoes and plenty to eat and drink.
